It is a planned, shared weekday shuttle service that operates on familiar routes with consistent timing, trained drivers, and air-conditioned vehicles. By grouping trips along established routes, we are able to offer a calmer experience for pets and better value for owners who travel regularly - without requiring long-term contracts.

For one-off or ad-hoc transport needs, our Pet Taxi service may be a better fit.

How Daily Shuttle Works

Pawpledge Daily Shuttle operates Monday to Friday (weekdays only).

For safety and efficiency, the Daily Shuttle operates on a handover and takeover basis. Please ensure a responsible adult is present at the agreed pick-up and return points.

  1. Morning pick-up from your home within a scheduled time window (7am - 10am)

  2. Transport to daycare, grooming, or training in air-conditioned vehicles

  3. Evening return to your home after the session (5pm - 8pm)

  4. Same familiar drivers, routes, and routines for your pet’s comfort

Note: Pick-up and return times are estimated windows and may vary slightly due to traffic and route conditions.

  • Morning pick-ups are typically scheduled between 7am and 10am, while evening returns take place between 5pm and 8pm. Timings may vary depending on route planning, traffic conditions, and daily demand.

  • Our Daily Shuttle is designed for shared weekday transport and may include multiple pets travelling on the same route.

    Most shuttle trips carry 1-2 pets at a time. Depending on pet size, temperament, and route planning, a shuttle may carry up to 3-4 pets, including pets from the same household travelling together.

    Our priority is to maintain a safe, calm, and comfortable journey for every pet onboard.

  • No. The Daily Shuttle operates on a handover and takeover basis at agreed pick-up and return points.

  • Shuttle pricing is per pet, per trip. If multiple pets travel together, each pet counts as one trip from your Shuttle Pass.

    Example: 2 pets travelling one-way use 2 trips. A round trip uses 4 trips.
